Well, I am finally back on the wagon. While I am not really dieting, I have definitely started running and sticking to a schedule. I have 7 weeks until I will be ready for a 10K, while I am not actually running on it will be goood to know I can. I have quite a few long days ahead of me. The longest on this schedule will be 75 minutes but that gets me ready to start my 1/2 marathon schedule. It starts with 3/4 miles a day 3 to 4 days a week! Anyway that is so far my journey to being fit.

one step at a time
Well, I should probably start eating healthier as well as working out but I am finding it hard to stay away from dessert. I don't know why lately I just can't resist it. So, after a dirty dump truck, a monster cookie, and a brownie sundae I am shockingly no lighter but probably a little more fit than the beginning of the year.
On that note, I have already increased my daily run from a mile to two miles. Today was a sad day though. There was a total gym farter and it was breathing pretty heavy at this point. I had to filter the air with my sweat towel. I feel bad for who ever did it because it was gross and they have to smell that all the time but I couldn't help the fact that I needed to breath somewhat clean air. Let's see if tomorrow is better or at least find healthier desserts. But it will be hard seeing as I have been super obsessed with chocolate. I'll of course keep you updated on this exciting adventure.

So going back to the original title of this blog. Since I've started I have not done any better on dieting or working out, what to do now... Any suggestions are welcome, I have debated whether or not to start weight watchers or purchasing training sessions again, who knows what I'll decide but I've got to get on it soon. Got to be healthier and fitter and slimmer for my next visit to see my parents!
