So going back to the original title of this blog. Since I've started I have not done any better on dieting or working out, what to do now... Any suggestions are welcome, I have debated whether or not to start weight watchers or purchasing training sessions again, who knows what I'll decide but I've got to get on it soon. Got to be healthier and fitter and slimmer for my next visit to see my parents!

I would just start working out, start there and start slowly, then move to making healthier decisions on eatting.

i'd just work on going to the gym 3 times a week for just 20 - 30 minutes and then bumping it up from there. I go directly after work so I can't talk myself out of going and so there is no time to relax and be lazy on the couch.
